Genome sequencing of 350 tea plant accessions were sequenced and collected in three specific populations, i.e. the SCZ (Shuchazao) genome population published in Molecular Plant (2020), the LJ43 (Longjing43) population published in Nature Communications (2020) and the TGY (Tieguanyin) population published in Nature Genetics (2021).
